Dr. Sarah Park, ND

Always fascinated by health and sciences, Dr. Sarah studied Biology at Mount Allison University and continued her interest in science and research through a Masters in Neuroscience at McGill. When not working on her thesis, she became interested in the value holistic and traditional systems of health could add to wellness; this led to Dr. Sarah discovering naturopathic medicine, which combines the balance of natural and modern medicine she was looking for.

Dr. Park maintains a general practice, but has particular interest in:

• Digestive health (IBS, SIBO, Crohns, Colitis)

• Female/male hormonal health (PMS, PCOS, Acne, Fertility, Perimenopause)

• General hormonal health (Adrenal Fatigue & Burnout, Thyroid conditions, Sleep & Insomnia, Stress & general fatigue)

• Anxiety and depression

Dr. Park has additional training in IV nutritional and heavy metal chelation therapies.

Dr. Sarah’s patient plans are always individualized, and may include any combination of dietary changes, prescriptions for vitamins, minerals and/or herbal medicines, IV therapy and specialized lab testing.

Dr. Sarah is a proponent of integrative medicine and enjoys collaborating with other healthcare practitioners. She is passionate about helping patients find the health they need to feel empowered in their lives.

Outside of work, Dr. Sarah embraces a healthy lifestyle that includes being active, cooking up gluten- and dairy-free creations in the kitchen and finding calm on the yoga mat. She enjoys being outdoors, especially with her goldendoodle, Stanley.
